Marcin's work ethic was shaped early — growing up around contractors, learning what it means to show up, do the job right, and take pride in the result. In college, he ran his own painting business, managing crews, clients, and cash flow before most people had their first real job.
After a brief stint in insurance sales, he spent eight years in B2B industrial sales — a structured, performance-driven environment where territory management, customer growth, and measurable results were the standard. That career sharpened how he thinks: operationally, not emotionally.
While working full-time, Marcin began acquiring real estate — not as a side hustle, but as a systems experiment. The question driving everything:
"How do you increase asset performance without increasing chaos?"
